| Postcards for an Idol... Not bad at all... Supporting your favorites every season of AI through different ways such as collecting all his photos and posters, buying t-shirts and caps with his name on it. And of course, voting for him for an hour or two are worth sacrificing for! I never get into those FAN campaigns yet but knowing a person who is doing that for the past 6 years that AI have been on TV. TRUST ME I KNOW THE FEELING... Every time I'm watching American Idol, i always have this thought of being one of the audience in front dying for their famous hands and their killer looks, but that will only last for an hour. For my friend who is an avid fan... It's not all about being with your IDOL, it's all about supporting, and feeling of satisfaction for her. She will spent every second and every minute doing those promotional stuff! Not only STUFF but big STUFFS!! I have just concluded that a FAN is an Advertisement. I never thought that my friend can spend all her allowance and salary just to prove that her FAN is no. 1 and always gonna be No. 1 she would cry every time she hears her fan sings, and for that reason, THAT ONE REASON!!! she spends everything for her FAN. The one thing that i was impress of her is sending out POSTCARDS to advertise her Idol. Not only physical postcards but even uses internet for her postcards. She discovered an easier way to send out her postcards through Postcard Mailing . I don't know how exactly she did it but I have a copy of what she sent, and it's good. I hope her Idol receives it too. I haven't tried doing that for an IDOL.. but who knows... An idol is always an inspiration and a motivation. Inspiring to promote? or inspiring your life? for my friend...um... i don't know maybe she's a marketing strategist of her Idol... Good luck to her IDOL! |
